One of the rare but a mistake in the interview (can go with negative performance)
I have also come across such instances so just sharing here some inputs.

Interviewer: Tell me about your professional experience?
Candidate: Sir/Madam, resume me to likha hai sabkuch… (It’s all mentioned in resume).

Actually the interviewer wants to hear from your end about what you have mentioned in your resume & try to interact further in detail if required. So even if it’s mentioned in the resume, please explain by your way & definitely the best possible way.
It’s not about just an answer or information the interviewer is looking for but much more beyond that. Like it’s also about how nicely you deliver your answer, show confidence, clearly explain etc. and while you do that, your communication skill is also checked…
And nothing wrong in detailed communication with the interviewer even if he/she asks something again to clear his/her doubts or points.
Please Note that – resume is one of the main references from where interviewer is going to ask questions for sure. Also generally, we are not hired by simply mentioning details in the resume but there are many more other factors which can help in selection.
